We often describe bitters as being a “frankenstein-like cornucopia of flavors derived from barks, roots, flowers, fruits, spices, and herbs dissolved into alcohol”. With the help of designer/illustrator Pete Klockau of The Black Lagoon Room, we were able to bring this grotesque metaphor to life.
