These Freeze Dried ingredients are a step up from the regular dehydrated. They retain a lot of their color, scent and flavor. They look great as a garnish, but you can also use them to infuse spirits and syrups. These handmade garnishes are made in small batches from organic, locally sourced fruit in Los Angeles. The natural aroma from these freeze dried fruits add another layer to your cocktail and that finishing touch.
