The French Manhattan cocktail came out from a book called Drinking French by David Lebovitz who was a cook and a baker most of his career.
Ingredients
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
- 1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 1/2 oz Cognac
Garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add ice.
- Stir until sufficiently chilled.
- Double strain on a chilled coupe.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
