Dear Jane

A Negroni Variation with a little floral undertone.

The Dear Jane was created by bartender Zachary Gelnaw-Rubin at Attaboy, NYC in 2015. There’s not too much by way of history here other than that this is one of those stirred drinks which really does well on the last of the Hot days we have ahead. It’s been a while since we tackled a stirred cocktail and this is one of those that didn’t make it into the Negroni video. Don’t worry there are more Tiki drinks coming, but I thought it’d be nice to change things up a bit.
