Created by NYC bartender Joaquin Simó at Death & Co for their spring menu in 2010. This very simple riff was an immediate hit. And was created originally with Smith & cross rum which was just hitting cocktail bars at this time.

  1. Add all ingredients to a rocks glass.
  2. Add ice and stir.
  3. Express oils over drink.
  4. Garnish with an Orange Twist
  5. Enjoy!
