Chris knew something none of the rest of us knew….Pineapples make great Negronis. I think this is going to be your new favorite guys! A simple cocktail boasting complex flavors. Ingredients
- 1.5oz oz Pineapple Rum
- .75oz oz Camapri
- .75oz oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
Garnish
- Lime Peel
Glassware
- Rocks Glass
Instructions
- Add ingredients to glass
- Add large rock ice and stir until chilled
- Garnish with Lime Peel (or ironic pineapple fronds?)
