Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Dry Gin Kyoto Distillery Ko no bi
- 1 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Yuzu Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Matcha Powder
Instructions
- Add Grapefruit, Yuzu and simple syrup to a glass with ice.
- Stir briefly.
- Add gin and matcha to a shaking tin.
- Shake 8-10 seconds.
- Strain over the cocktail so that it layers on top of the grapefruit juice mix.
- Enjoy!
