Instructions
 

  • Add Grapefruit, Yuzu and simple syrup to a glass with ice.
  • Stir briefly.
  • Add gin and matcha to a shaking tin.
  • Shake 8-10 seconds.
  • Strain over the cocktail so that it layers on top of the grapefruit juice mix.
  • Enjoy!
