4 from Japanese Dasher

Instructions
Add all ingredients except egg, into a mixing tin.
Shake for 8-10 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Dry shake the egg white.
Add to glass.
Garnish with angostura bitter droplets on top of the head, can add the dehydrated lemon wheel if you want to :)
