Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except egg, into a mixing tin.
  • Shake for 8-10 seconds.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  • Dry shake the egg white.
  • Add to glass.
  • Garnish with angostura bitter droplets on top of the head, can add the dehydrated lemon wheel if you want to :)
