Ingredients

3/4 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Plymouth Gin
3/4 oz Bitter Bianco
3/4 oz Charred Onion Dry Vermouth see below
2 Dashes Sherry Vinegar Aged
20 drops Shrub Bitters Celery

Charred Onion Dry Vermouth

375 ml Dry Vermouth
1 Onion

Instructions

Add ingredients in a mixing glass.
Add ice.
Stir.
Double strain into a chilled coupe.
Enjoy!

Charred Onion Dry Vermouth

Chop onion and put in a grill until charred
Put in a jar with the dry vermouth.
Infuse for 24 hours.
