Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 oz Gin
  • Absinthe Spritz or Rinse
OZ - ML

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  • Add ice.
  • Stir until sufficiently chilled.
  • Spray absinthe in a chilled coupe.
  • Strain mixture into coupe.
  • Enjoy!
