Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except gin in a mixing tin.
  • Lightly muddle the basil leaves and strawberries.
  • Add gin and ice.
  • Shake for 8-10 seconds.
  • Double strain to the Collins glass with ginger beer.
  • Top with more ginger beer (if you like).
  • Garnish.
  • Enjoy!
