Spring Swing

A spring forward cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Gin St. George Botanivore Gin
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur We used Luxardo
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur St. Germain
2 Cucumber Wheels
1 Strawberry Slices

Garnish

Instructions

Add ingredients to tin.
Muddle Cucumber Wheels and Strawberry slices.
Add shaking ice.
Shake 8-10 seconds.
Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with remaining Cucumber and Strawberry slice.
Enjoy!
