A smoky Daiquiri variation
Ingredients
- 1 oz Islay Scotch
- 1 oz Scotch Whisky Blended Scotch
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- 4-5 Mint Leaves
- Top Absinthe Spray
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- Add ice and shake 8-10 Seconds
- Double Strain into chilled coupe
- Top with Absinthe Spray
- Garnish with Mint Leaf
