Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 100g
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar 100g
  • 1 Vanilla Bean
  • 1 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 whole Nutmeg
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Allspice Berries
  • 2 Cloves
  • 3 knots Ginger fresh, peeled

Instructions

  • Gently crack the spices
  • Take out a pan and toast the spices
  • Once you smell the aroma, add water and stir
  • Add the white and brown Sugars
  • Put the ginger and half the vanilla bean
  • Add the pumpkin puree and gently whisk
  • Transfer in a bottle and let it sit for 8 or 24 hours
