Instructions

  • Add lemon wedges (peel side down) on the mixing tin.
  • Add mint leaves, lemon juice and simple syrup.
  • Muddle but do not shred the mint leaves.
  • Add other ingredients.
  • Add ice.
  • Shake for 8-10 seconds.
  • Double strain into a chilled glass with small ice.
  • Garnish.
  • Enjoy!
