Ingredients

3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1/2 oz Applejack Apple Brandy
1 1/2 oz Dark Rum

Garnish

Freeze Dried Lemon Wheel

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
Add ice.
Shake for 8-10 seconds.
Double Strain in a chilled coupe.
Garnish.
Enjoy!
