Hot Diggity Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Mustard Syrup (see below)
- 1/4 oz Celery Root Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 5 drops Giardiniera Oil
Garnish
Mustard Syrup
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 750 ml Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin except for Giardiniera Oil.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain in a chilled coupe.
- Add the Giardiniera Oil.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
