Ingredients

1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Heavy Cream
Egg White

Top

Soda Water

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
Dry Shake.
Add ice.
Shake for 8-10 seconds.
Double strain in a chilled glass.
Put in a freezer to solidify the top.
Top with soda water.
Enjoy!
