Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon He used WT 101, but most bourbon would work
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Ginger Syrup Scant
1/2 oz Honey Syrup Scant
10 Mint Leaves

Garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients, except mint, in a mixing tin.
Shake.
Double strain into double rocks glass.
Add mint
Lightly muddle.
Add a large ice.
Garnish.
Enjoy!
