Gin Rocket
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Rocket or Arugula
- 1 Fennel Bulb fresh
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Muddle.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
