  • 1 1/2 oz Rum Chairmans Reserve Saint Lucia Rum
  • 3/4 oz Jamaica Rum Coruba Dark Jamaica Rum
  • 1 tsp Grand Marnier
  • 1 tsp Clement Creole Shrubb
  • 1 oz Acid Adjusted Pineapple Juice see note below
  • 5/8 oz Orgeat
  • 5 drops Saline Solution 20% Solution

  • 3.2 g Citric Acid
  • 2 g Malic Acid
