Cut the top off a Red Bell Pepper (or pepper of your choice)Remove Placenta with seeds and save for cocktailCut whole for straw in Bell Pepper topPlace Bell Pepper on a bed of Super Moss or packing fibers in a Blue Bowl (Red and Blue are nice contrasting colors)Garnish with Dehydrated Lime Wheel and if you have, a dried Grain Strand.
