Instructions
Fat wash the bourbon (using your recipe—4 hours at room temp, freeze, strain and filter)
Chill a coupe glass
Dry shake all the ingredients except for the orange peel garnish (20-30seconds)
Add cracked ice and shake to chill (10 seconds)
Double strain into chilled coupe
Express an orange peel over the drink, swipe it around the rim, then trim it for garnish
