Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • .5 oz Honey Syrup
  • 4 oz Boiling Water

Garnish

  • Lemon Wege with Clove

Instructions

  • Preheat the glass by pouring hot water.
  • Add the honey and bourbon and mix in the glass.
  • Cut a lemon and make some slits in the peel.
  • Stick the cloves in the slits.
  • Place the lemon in the glass and pour boiling water.
