Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Amaro Your Choice
  • .75 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • .25 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
OZ - ML

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to tin
  • separate egg white and add to tin
  • Add large rock of ice to tin and give it a good shake
  • Strain into chilled glass
