Today we tackle a Whiskey Sour brilliantly reconstructed by Los Angeles bartender Dan Sabo. With just a few small tweaks this cocktail transforms from a pleasing traditional classic to something with a little more….Je Nais Se Quois.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey 100 Proof
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Rich Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin.
- Dry Shake for 20-30 Seconds..
- Add large ice cube.
- Shake 10-12 seconds.
- Double Strain into chilled Coupe.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
