Created by Dick Bradsell in the 1983 at Soho Brasserie in London. It was purportedly created when a Super Model, possibly Kate Moss asked Bradsell to make her a drink that would both “Wake her up and Fuck her up.”
The garnish of three coffee beans is a tip of the hat to the Italian drink Sambuca and symbolizes health, happiness and prosperity.

Ingredients

 

OZML

• 2 oz Vodka
• .5 oz Coffee Liqueur We use Mr. Black
• 1 oz Espresso
• .25 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish

• 3 Coffee Beans Symbolizing Health, Happiness and Prosperity

Instructions

 

• Add ingredients to tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 Seconds
• Double strain into chilled Martini or Cocktail Glass
• Garnish with 3 Coffee Beans
