Turning Japanese

Eliot Young wanted to create a Whiskey Sour using a Japanese whisky that he actually like as he’s not fond of Japanese whiskey or a Whiskey Sour in general, he was challenging his self. The name comes from the song: ‘Turning Japanese’ by The Vapours. He chose Nikka Days as he think it’s a very good beginner whiskey for people who want to try Japanese Whiskey and it’s also good for mixing. He had to create three drinks to pass an exam for the Company he works for.
