Paul RK created this cocktail at home with the few ingredients he had on hand. He needed to use the rest of his Coco Lopez and figured why not try and create a cocktail that emulates a Tom Kha soup. Tom Kha is one of his favorite dishes at any Thai restaurant and the soup incorporates many of the same staples as his favorite cocktails.
