Ingredients

1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz Gin
Absinthe Spritz or Rinse

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Add ice.
Stir until sufficiently chilled.
Spray absinthe in a chilled coupe.
Strain mixture into coupe.
Enjoy!
