Our reader, Joseph LaMonica, is from Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America. His drink was conceptualized by his time in Florence, Italy and is a reflection of his love of the art of Michael Angelo. This drink has heat/soothing components which is a commentary on the importance of balance and that there is no pain without pleasure. Also inspired by a NY sour he had at the Arts Inn in Florence from a killer bartender named Silvio. The drink is very well balanced with citrus, heat, and wine notes
