Joseph LaMonica, owns a restaurant with family and he is the cocktail director. He went on vacation recently in Italy and he had a wonderful drink at a bar that was described to him in heavily broken English as a Sour with Tequila and Aperol.
He came back determined to take elements of this drink and make it his own.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Dry shake.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 10-12 seconds.
- Double strain over a large ice cube.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
