Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Cappelletti Apertivo
- 3/4 oz Strawberry Honey Syrup See below
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- Egg White
Top
Strawberry Honey Syrup
- 1 part Strawberry
- 2 parts Honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a tin.
- Shake 30 seconds dry to emulsify egg.
- Then add large format ice.
- Shake again to chill and dilute 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into an ice filled Collins glass.
- Top with soda.
- Enjoy!
