The Strawberry Negroni is a pretty simple and straightforward twist on the classic, so today we decided to switch things up a bit. Instead of infusing Campari with strawberries, we opted for Bitter Bianco and Blanc vermouth. What’s left is a familiar but lighter take on the original.
Bitter Bianco is very close in flavor to Campari but a little less bitter, a little sweeter, and more complex with notes of lemon and orange, licorice root and rosemary.
