  • Rim a the warmed glass with a lemon wedge.
  • Dip it in sugar.
  • Pour cointreau and rum in the glass.
  • Set the rum on fire to caramelized the sugar in the glass.
  • Add other ingredients.
  • Top and garnish.
  • Enjoy!
