The Siesta was created by NYC bartender Katie Stipe for the Flatiron Lounge around 2006. It’s a very satisfying take on a Daiquiri with a little bitter bite for the finish. Reeeeal nice!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
- 1/4 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
Garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a tin with ice.
- Shake until chilled approx 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
- Enjoy!
