A Non Alcoholic herbal twist on the Paloma by Naren Young of Dante in New York
Ingredients
- 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Salted Rosemary Simple Syrup See Notes
Top
- 3 oz Soda Water
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredient to tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into chilled glass with ice
- Top with cold Soda Water
- Garnish with Rosemary sprig
Notes
Salted Rosemary Syrup
Combine 3 Tbs of sugar, 1 tsp sea salt and 1 sprig rosemary in a small sauce pan with 3oz (90ml) Warm water over medium heat until all is dissolved. Remove from heat, let stand til room temperature, then fine strain into a container. Keeps 1 week.
