Hi Leandro. Here is another cocktail submission for you. The now closed Pegu Club in NYC inspired me to make this drink. I used to order their Pisco Punch which had both grapefruit syrup and lime cordial in it. I made a batch of each and wanted to find some other uses for them. I knew that mezcal and Grapefruit go together so I came with this cocktail. My wife came up with the name as she is fluent in Spanish. It means delicious rose. Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz mezcal
- ½ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz lime cordial
- ¾ oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz grapefruit syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Garnish with lime wheel or Grapefruit twist
Instructions
- Add to a shaker.
- Strain over crushed ice.
