This is a refreshing riff on the Enzoni by Vincenzo “Enzo” Errico which incorporates daiquiri with fresh cherries instead of a gin sour with grapes. A smashable summer drink that I go to whenever cherries are in season!
Ingredients
- 1 oz Jamaica Rum Smith & Cross
- 1 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 5 Cherry Bing or Rainier
Instructions
- Muddle cherries well at the bottom of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- Shake well with ice.
- Strain over large ice cube in a double old fashioned glass.
- Optional garnish with 3 skewered cherries.
