A modern classic Gin cocktail with Raspberry Liqueur, Vermouth and Cocchi Americano.
The Raspberry Beret was created by New York City Bartender Sarah Morrissey who is the cocktail program director of Frenchette, a French Brasserie in Tribeca. Before lending her talents to Frenchette Morrissey ran a few other bar programs in the city, creating some truly memorable drinks, so you should check out her spot if you happen to be in NYC. As the cocktail in this video will attest, she is very good a making surprisingly simple tweaks to classic drinks which change them wholly in tone and flavor. Her drinks are a study in how even simple tweaks can give very different and amazing results.
