Inspired by the historic stirred gimlet and my friend Briggs Brown the quick and dirty gimlet is just that. Quick and dirty, it gets the job done.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
- 1 oz Quick & Dirty Lime Cordial
Quick & Dirty Lime Cordial
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients into a mixing glass.
- Add ice.
- Stir for approximately 45 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
Lime Cordial
- Mix 50/50 by weight Lime Juice and Caster Sugar.
