The Quatresse cocktail was made by Paris bartender Margot Lecarpentier for her bar named Combat.
Ingredients
- 3 pcs Sage leaves medium size, 3-5 pcs
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Peated Scotch Whisky scant
- 2 oz Suze
Garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain on a chilled glass.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
