Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 100g
- 1/2 cup White Sugar 100g
- 1 Vanilla Bean
- 1 1/4 cup Water
- 1 whole Nutmeg
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 Allspice Berries
- 2 Cloves
- 3 knots Ginger fresh, peeled
Instructions
- Gently crack the spices
- Take out a pan and toast the spices
- Once you smell the aroma, add water and stir
- Add the white and brown Sugars
- Put the ginger and half the vanilla bean
- Add the pumpkin puree and gently whisk
- Transfer in a bottle and let it sit for 8 or 24 hours
