This cocktail is made by NYC bartender Nicholas Jarrett for Clover Club in New York City.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Fernet Branca
- 1 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- 3 Lemon Wedges
Garnish
Instructions
- Add lemon wedges (peel side down) on the mixing tin.
- Add mint leaves, lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Muddle but do not shred the mint leaves.
- Add other ingredients.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled glass with small ice.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
