Prince Henry Punch
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz rhum agricole preferably La Favorite Blanc
- 3/4 oz aged rum preferably Plantation Barbados 5 year
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz raspberry gomme syrup
- 6 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a double Old-Fashioned glass over a mountain of crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint and fruits in season.
