Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Espresso
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a tin.
- Shake until combined.
- Strain into a large coupe or cocktail glass.
- Grate Parmesan over the drink to taste.
Parmesan Vodka
- Add to an iSi Whipper and charge with two N2O crackers.
- Allow to infuse for 10 minutes in fridge.
- Then off gas and strain out solids.
- When you open the iSi make sure the crackling sound stops before fine straining.
