2 oz Vodka
1 oz Espresso
1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish

Parmesan Grated

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a tin.
Shake until combined.
Strain into a large coupe or cocktail glass.
Grate Parmesan over the drink to taste.
