A basic but tasty Mai Tai variation featuring bourbon and peach made by our dear reader, Corey FitzPatrick.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon Larceny
- 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur Mathilde
- 3/4 oz Orgeat s.c. but Pecans instead
- 1/4 oz Molasses Syrup s.c. Spec
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish
- Peach slice
- Mint Sprig
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake.
- Strain into old fashioned glass.
- Fill with pebble ice.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
