Ingredients

2 1/2 oz Gin London Dry
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
6 dashes Absinthe

Garnish

Lemon Twist

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
Add ice.
Stir approximately 45 seconds until sufficiently chilled.
Zest lemon twist over the drink.
Strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish.
Enjoy!
