Inspired by the Little Italy, this Mexican take on the drink is fantastic!
This drink was created by San Diego Bartenders Ron Umphenour and Matt Sullens from the bar Moxie. This drink was inspired by Audrey Saunder’s Little Italy cocktail. Not much to say here other than it’s a fantastic drink so make it and if you’re in San Diego go visit them! They’re awesome!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- .5 oz Cynar (Cynar 70)
- .5 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish
Glassware
Instructions
- Add ingredients to Stirring Glass
- Add Ice and stir until chilled
- Strain into Chilled Coupe
- Garnish with Maraschino Cherry of your choice
